In a career spanning over three decades, Dr. Dube has a wide-ranging experience of working with Public enterprises, Private corporations and Research organizations in various leadership roles. Currently, he is Executive Vice President and Group Head- Information Risk Management and Cyber Security at Reliance. His key responsibilities here mainly encompass design and implementation of state-of-the-art Cyber Security and Information Risk Management processes and technologies for various businesses viz Petroleum Supply chain, Retail, Life science etc., both in IT and OT space. Prior to this, he was an Executive Director at Paladion Networks (now ATOS Technologies) for almost 3 years - one of the biggest pure play Technology Risk Management company in Asia. Before joining Paladion, he was a faculty and Head of Consulting at IDRBT (Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology) for 6 years, on deputation from RBI. Prior to deputation, he spent 2 decades working with RBI (Reserve Bank of India), having held many different senior roles in and across various RBI verticals and offices. Currently, he also serves as a member for various committees of reputed organizations in areas of technology and cybersecurity.

Select key accomplishments:

· Ph.D. in Cyber security. His Research Area of Interest are - Cyber Security Maturity Model, Cyber security Performance measurement, Cyber Immune system etc.

· He has authored a book viz “Information system Audit and Assurance” with case studies and checklist from the Banking Industry,” published by TATA McGraw Hill in the year 2005. The book is in its 3rd Reprint and is being used as a course curriculum in couple of universities and professional courses.

· He has published various research papers in areas of Technology Risk, Internet Banking etc., in national and international indexed journals and conference proceedings.

Has been awarded Diamond Jubilee Overseas Banking Research fellowship by Indian Institute of Bankers (2005). During this fellowship, he visited almost 20 (Twenty) large financial organization in USA and UK and compared their Information security and assurance practices to that of India. Most of his recommendations were accepted and have been implemented in the Indian Banking sector.
